Personality Brance Talliford is a good, decent fella. He’s glib, loves to talk, and tends to try to push folk’s buttons every so often. He’s a good teammate and jovial fella all around. He likes to be surrounded by females of both “races” and will always attempt to sweet talk females, if only to test his luck… and listen to his own “smoothness.” Brance is rather skilled and pretty good at everything he does, and often likes people to know it. And yes, sometimes folk really have to tell him to shut up, for him to shut up.
In battle, he works best when in motion, attempting to read the field and help comrades perform at their peak. He is vocal (no shit) and likes to keep communication open both on field and off. He’ll talk strategies when given opportunity; it’s a good way to put his motor mouth to use ;) He’ll take an order just as soon as give one, if need be too. He won’t turn down a good fight, but often times he does find himself talking his way out of a fight when it’s mano-a-mano.
Brance loves to go out into the Wastes and earn his keep. He’s not greedy, but does like to know that his endeavours should get him well-deserved coin at the end of the day. He’s okay with splitting “the spoils” but is vocal (no shit) when he feels somebody didn’t pull their weight… sometimes he even puts himself on the chopping block… begrudgingly. Brance especially loves the attention he gets when the curious crowd of onlookers in Husk start chatting him up.
Mannerisms and Appearance. He talks with the Waster drawl but tinged with another accent. He loves to say: “Smoooooooth”, “Killer!” and “Unfun! Seriously, Folks!” “Ooooooh… spoils..!” He is a hand talker too. He picks his teeth with a polished shard of metal, some kind of momento perhaps? When he can’t decide he’ll flip a coin, but will do the whole “best-two-out-of-three” routine if he doesn’t like the results ;) Brance can get a bit mouthy in a fray too, but for the most part he tries to keep his head and keep the tide of battle on the side of his comrades. He does have a sidearm (is this okay?) but really only touts it around for show and to strike up conversations.. that and he has no real idea how to fix it too :)
Brance is average height and build for a Waster (6’ and 175lbs ?) but his physique does reflect some training regiment. He has cropped jet black hair and dark shining eyes. He’s not especially good looking, but personality shines more than appearance with him. He has battle scars but not as numerous as a true war veteran. He wears whatever Wasters wear in Husk, (clean and cologned if possible) and spends his money on the money-making stuff-here: arms and armour.
